Police officers are a vital aspect of our society to encourage peace. The role of a cop seems full of liberty, freedom, and power. The authority makes us feel what a sense of absolution the police officers must be enjoying. If looked on the counter side of it, the job of being a cop is often regarded as a thankless job. Long duty hours, mental health takes a toll on you and a prolonged sense of danger are some of the issues that brave police officers face day in and day out. Another concern is the lack of staff.
